Weekly Meetings

The Serverless Workflow team meets weekly to discuss project development, review contributions, and collaborate on the future of the specification.

Meeting Schedule

  • Frequency: Weekly
  • Day: Every Thursday
  • Time: 9:00 AM ET (USA Eastern Time)
  • Duration: 1 hour

How to Join

To register for meetings, please visit the CNCF Community Calendar. You can register for:
  • Individual meetings
  • The entire meeting series
Once registered, you will receive calendar invitations with meeting links and connection details.

Meeting Agenda

Typical meeting topics include:
  • Specification updates and proposals
  • Pull request reviews and discussions
  • Community contributions and feedback
  • SDK and runtime updates
  • Ecosystem tool announcements
  • Use case presentations
  • Q&A sessions

Meeting notes and recordings are typically shared with the community after each meeting. Check the following resources:

Meeting Etiquette

To ensure productive meetings, please:
  • Join on time or slightly early
  • Mute your microphone when not speaking
  • Use the “raise hand” feature to request speaking time
  • Be respectful of other participants and their viewpoints
  • Stay on topic and follow the agenda
  • Follow the Code of Conduct

If you’d like to propose a topic for discussion at a weekly meeting:

  2. Post in the #serverless-workflow Slack channel
  3. Email the maintainers at cncf-serverlessws-maintainers@lists.cncf.io
